PILLOW TYPES

	UCP2 UKP2 UCPX UKPX UCP3 UKP3
	This is the most popular unit and is universally used in all types of the transmission devices. UCP Type is fixed at the shaft in a simple and reliable manner by the two set screws. UKP Types is mounted at the shaft with the adapter.

	UCPA2
	This type is very convenient, since they can be used even if operating space is restricted. It can be fitted with bolts from the underneath of the base.

	UCPH2
	This type of pillow block is designed as pedestal with increasing the center height. It is especially applied to a fan or blower. The unit is comparable to UCP2 type under normal shock load. Life is prolonged and maintenance costs are lowered.

	UCIP2 UKIP2 UCIP3 UKIP3
	This Pillow Block is used as a heavy-duty unit. Thicker housing can be used in more severe conditions. Two drilled holes make to position accurately.

	BLP2
	BLP2 type Pillow Blocks are used as light-duty units, in which SB2 type Bearings respectively are fitted. BLP2 type is fixed with the set screws.

FLANGE TYPES

	UCF2 UKF2 UCFX UKFX UCF3 UKF3
	This bearing unit is square in form and is designed to fix at the side of the machine by means of 4 sets of bolts. It is most extensively used as the flange type unit. The mounting method is either with the set screws (UCF Type) and with the adapter (UKF Type).

	UCFL2 UKFL2 UCFLX UKFLX UCFL3 UKFL3
	This housing is rhombus in form and is mounted at the side of the machine by means of 2 bolts. This is useful in saving the space and weight. The set bolt pitch is the same with that of the square flange type (UCF Type), and is interchangeable each other. UCFL Type is set at the shaft by use of the set screws and UKFL Type by use of the adapter.

	UCFC2 UKFC2 UCFCX UKFCX
	This housing is round in form and equipped with spigot at the mounting face. Therefore, the mounting can be made free from the eccentricity and the exact positioning can be achieved. This is most suitably applied to the assembly where the precision assembling is required. UCFC Type is fixed with the set screws and UKFC Type is mounted with the adapter at the shaft.

	UCFS3 UKFS3
	The housing is square in form and has spigot at the mounting face as UCFC Type. Accordingly, the exact positioning can be arranged, without the eccentricity. It is suitably applied to such a place where the heavy duty and high precision are required. The mounting to the shaft is made either by the set screws (UCFS Type) or the adapter (UKFS Type).

	UCFA2
	Adjustable Flange Unit has a two-bolt base with one side adjustable, enabling distance from center of shaft to be varied. Regarding their efficiently, advantages and disadvantages, it is similar to UCF2 type with a four bolt base.

	UCFB2
	UCFB2 type Flange Unit is a versatile unit used on extension or hanger and designed for housing confined spaces which do not allow use of Pillow Block and Fla

	BLF2
	BLF2 type Flange Units consist of SB2 type Bearing and cast iron flange housing respectively. BLF2 type is fixed with the setscrews.

	SBPFL2 type Flange Units consist of two interchangeable pressed-steel housings in which SB2 type wide inner ring bearing is assembled. Easy to install, the PFL type Flange Units provide a low-cost power transmission units with moderate capacity for radial or thrust combined loads. CERAMIC SERIES

 

	Y1
	This unit combines with the bearing steel rings. It can be used at the high shaft speed, up to 500,000 DN(diameter x rpm).

		Y2
		This is the standard type of the Ceramic Series. This unit can be used in the different applications as listed below. High temparature up to 300℃ Corrosion Light torque (no grease) Insulation electrical currents Vacuum
		Y3
		The application of the extreme temperature over the 280℃ requires the solid lublicant. We use the graphite solid lublicant for the cages. This unit can be used in up to 500℃.

	Y7
	The unit is designed for the high corrosion environment, such as the chemical solvent and the underwater. This is an open unit with stainless steel rings and the ceramic balls and without the grease and seals.

	CERAMIC BALLS
	FYH developed our original Silicon Nitride Ceramic Balls. We are manufacturing the balls from the powder to the polish. This is probably only FYH in the bearing manufacturers. And this is why we can make the one of the best ceramic balls for the ball bearings. The combination of FYH ceramic ball and the steel rings will be the great solution of the bearings' long life.
